Our Process

We take no shortcuts. This provides perfect results. We don't accept anything less than perfect.

Here's my process:

1. [Step 1] - 24 hour soak w/ gypsum.
2. [Step 2] - 15 minute simmer.
3. [Step 3] - 60 minute dry off.
4. [Step 4] - Fill .2 micron Unicorn.
5. [Step 5] - 90 minute PC @ 17psi.
6. [Step 6] - Seal bags w/ flowhood.

Many people take shortcuts to speed up their production. Many use "No Soak" or "No Simmer" Tek.

Patience + Care = Phenomenal results.
